KIDS & TEENS SUMMER CAMP
Violet Cooking Academy for Teens specializes in culinary instruction for young chefs ages 13 to 17, offering a thoughtful blend of demonstration, hands on participation, and guided taste exploration. Our program supports both beginners and more advanced students, helping them build confidence and technique in a professional kitchen environment.
In addition to our teen program, we also offer classes for Jr Chefs ages 9 to 12, creating opportunities for younger students to learn foundational skills while growing into more advanced culinary experiences over time.

À Table with Chef Max Anderson - Bastille Day Chef's Table
Celebrate Bastille Day with an intimate evening of French cuisine as Executive Chef Max Anderson presents a thoughtfully curated Chef's Table experience inspired by the flavors and traditions of France.
Hosted in Violet's beautiful upstairs Terrace, this exclusive dinner is limited to just 18 guests, creating an evening that feels both personal and unforgettable. Your experience begins with a seasonal amuse-bouche, followed by a three-course menu highlighting classic French technique with a modern touch.
A signature French 75 (or a non-alcoholic Fresh 75) is included with your reservation, and a curated selection of wines and additional cocktails will be available for purchase throughout the evening. Suggested wine pairings will also be featured on the menu.

Summer Date Night with Chef Kathy Katz
Spend an evening in the kitchen creating a fresh, seasonal menu that's perfect for summer entertaining. Working alongside Chef Kathy Katz, you'll prepare individual Tomato Galettes from scratch, help create a vibrant Grilled Peach Salad, and enjoy a beautifully seared steak topped with a sweet summer corn salsa. We'll finish the evening with a refreshing Lemon Sorbet for the perfect seasonal finale. A glass of wine is included to enjoy during class.
