KIDS & TEENS SUMMER CAMP
Violet Cooking Academy for Teens specializes in culinary instruction for young chefs ages 13 to 17, offering a thoughtful blend of demonstration, hands on participation, and guided taste exploration. Our program supports both beginners and more advanced students, helping them build confidence and technique in a professional kitchen environment.
In addition to our teen program, we also offer classes for Jr Chefs ages 9 to 12, creating opportunities for younger students to learn foundational skills while growing into more advanced culinary experiences over time.

Date Night - Pasta Night
Join us for a relaxed, hands-on evening designed for connection, great food, and a little bit of culinary romance.
In this Date Night Pasta class, Chef Kathy Katz will guide you through the process of creating a beautifully balanced menu, centered around fresh, vibrant flavors and approachable technique. You’ll roll up your sleeves and prepare Spiced Lemon Capellini from scratch, learning the nuances of seasoning, timing, and pasta execution.

Celebrate the flavors of Spring and Summer with a hands-on baking experience centered around one of the season’s most beloved desserts: classic strawberry shortcake with fresh Chantilly cream.Led by Chef Yesenia Cruz, guests will learn each step of the process from beginning to end, including preparing the shortcakes, working with fresh strawberries, and creating a light, beautifully whipped Chantilly cream.
Along the way, Chef Yesenia will share helpful techniques and tips to help you recreate the dessert confidently at home.

To finish the evening, Chef Jesse will guide guests through the process of preparing from-scratch cannolis filled with sweet ricotta cream and finished with traditional toppings.
