The Program
Violet Cooking Academy is designed for young chefs ages 9–17, offering age-appropriate classes that spark creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love of cooking.
Through hands-on participation, live demonstrations, and flavorful tastings, students develop skills that range from kitchen basics to advanced techniques. Each four-hour session is a fun and empowering culinary adventure where kids and teens explore seasonal produce, global ingredients, and essential kitchen tools.
*Because our camps often fill quickly, daily registrations are offered the week prior when space is available.

A fun, hands-on cooking adventure designed to build skills and confidence in young chefs. Led by our Chef Instructors, this week-long camp introduces your child to essential cooking techniques such as knife skills. mise en place, ingredient selection, sauce making and cooking methods.
Each day offers new skills, tasty recipes, and plenty of chances to get creative in the kitchen. On the final day, campers will dive into a bread-baking intensive and take home their handmade loaves.
Campers spend the week cooking, tasting and learning together, gaining invaluable kitchen know-how for life.
