The Bar & Dining Room
A Paris-inspired bistro space that balances charm and sophistication. Located at the front of the restaurant, the transportive main dining room and bar are ideal for happy hour gatherings, luncheons, dinners and cocktail receptions. High beamed ceilings and a striking marble add spacious elegance, while the intimate layout keeps the ambiance cozy and welcoming. This room is also frequently used as a pre-function space for the cocktail hour portion of larger events.

The Courtyard
Vine-covered brick walls and softly glowing string lights set the mood for an enchanting open-air experience, transporting your guests to a European hideaway. The historic 1938 Courtyard features a garden fountain, a tiled alcove, and an open-air roof that allows the space to feel both intimate and expansive. Widely regarded as one of Los Angeles’ most magical outdoor spaces, it has been featured on multiple Best Of lists, including “Best Courtyards in LA” and “Most Romantic Restaurants."

Terrace
The Terrace is a beautiful covered yet open-air room (temperature-controlled), ideal for private dinners and intimate gatherings. Overlooking the Courtyard, the checkerboard tiled floor, lush plants and maps of Paris evoke a chic French hideaway. Flexible table configurations allow for one long table seating up to 18 guests, or three tables accommodating up to 21 guests. This cozy space is especially well-suited for reception-style dinners and VIP dining experiences.

Violet Cooking School
Inspired by a French countryside kitchen, this spacious test kitchen and Viking showroom is designed for both beauty and functionality. The space features a large marble demonstration island and professional Viking appliances, creating an engaging setting for chef-led experiences. A community table seats up to 16 guests, making it ideal for private dinners, board meetings, hands-on cooking classes, and intimate gatherings. Our hospitality-forward service features custom dishes prepared in front of guests by a dedicated chef and team. The space has been praised by Alice Waters, who called it "the most beautiful cooking school in North America."
