Violet Los Angeles is a charming neighborhood Bistro and Cooking School in the heart of Westwood Village. Housed in a two-story historic brick building, Violet features a lush and romantic courtyard, chic bar and dining room, rooftop terrace, and a beautiful demonstration kitchen.
Reservations are highly recommended. We host numerous private events, from birthdays and weddings to corporate and team-building cooking classes, bar mitzvahs, and afternoon tea.

Valentine's Pasta Date Night
Join us for a festive Valentine’s Pasta Date Night, led by Chef Kathy Katz. This hands on cooking class is perfect to share with your special someone, your bestie, or even your kiddo. All culinary skill levels are welcome.
You’ll learn to make heart shaped lemon ricotta ravioli from scratch, then sit down to enjoy a beautifully prepared meal together. Expect a relaxed, joyful evening filled with great food, good company, and a little sparkle. Valentine’s never tasted so good.
A glass of sparkling rosé is included, with plenty of fun, food, and bubbles to go around.
