Each week, you'll dive into hands-on activities and chef demonstrations, learning how to build flavorful, well-rounded vegan meals from scratch. This fun and delicious course will guide you through the fundamentals of plant-based cooking -- from preparing and cooking vibrant seasonal vegetables to making dairy-free sauces and decadent desserts. While the instruction is designed for all skill levels, the sophisticated restaurant-style recipes will elevate anyone's culinary repertoire.
Classes will be held on Tuesday evenings - January 7th, 21st, 28th & February 4th.
